Supplier templates save column mapping configurations for reuse across multiple imports.

What Are Templates?

Templates store:

• Column mappings (which CSV column → which Odoo field)
• Field settings (skip, calculated, etc.)
• Mapping rules

Why Use Templates?

Time Savings

Map columns once, reuse forever. No need to reconfigure for each import.

Consistency

Ensure all imports from a supplier use the same mapping.

Multiple Formats

Create different templates if a supplier provides files in multiple formats.

Template Limits by Plan

• Free: 1 template per supplier
• Grow: 3 templates per supplier
• Pro: Unlimited templates
• Enterprise: Unlimited templates
