Performance Issues

Slow page loading

Solutions:

1. Clear browser cache
2. Disable browser extensions
3. Check internet connection
4. Use recommended browser

Slow sync

Solutions:

1. Check Odoo server performance
2. Use background sync (Grow+)
3. Sync in smaller batches
4. Verify network speed

Login Issues

"Session expired"

Cause: Session timeout after inactivity

Solution: Log in again

"Account locked"

Cause: Too many failed login attempts

Solution: Wait 15 minutes or contact support

"Email not verified"

Cause: Haven't clicked verification link

Solution: Check email, resend verification

File Upload Issues

Upload stuck at X%

Solutions:

1. Check internet connection
2. Try smaller file
3. Refresh page and retry
4. Clear browser cache

Upload fails immediately

Solutions:

1. Check file format (CSV or Excel)
2. Verify file size within limit
3. Try different browser
