Pricelists move through different statuses from upload to sync.
Statuses
Draft
Initial status after upload. You can still edit and delete.
Pending Review
Submitted for approval (if approval workflow is enabled).
Approved
Ready to sync to Odoo.
Synced
Products have been exported to Odoo.
Archived
No longer active, kept for history.
Workflow
- Upload → Draft
- Review products
- Submit for approval (or auto-approve)
- Sync to Odoo
- Archive when superseded
