Pricelist Heaven supports CSV and Excel formats.

CSV Files (.csv)

Encoding: UTF-8, ISO-8859-1, Windows-1252
Delimiter: Comma (,), semicolon (;), tab
Auto-detected: Yes

CSV Best Practices

• Use UTF-8 encoding
• Include header row
• Consistent delimiter throughout
• Quote fields containing special characters

Excel Files (.xlsx, .xls)

Supported versions: Excel 2007+ (.xlsx), Excel 97-2003 (.xls)
Multiple sheets: Yes (you select which sheet to import)

Excel Best Practices

• Keep data in a single sheet
• Use first row for headers
• Avoid merged cells
• Remove formatting (not required but cleaner)
