Pricelist Management
Manage your imported pricelists.
Viewing Pricelists
Dashboard → Pricelists shows:
- All uploaded pricelists
- Status
- Product count
- Last sync date
Filtering
Filter by:
- Supplier
- Status (Draft, Approved, Synced)
- Date range
Editing Pricelists
Before syncing, you can:
- Edit individual products
- Adjust prices
- Change mappings
- Delete items
After syncing, pricelists are read-only (to preserve audit trail).
Deleting Pricelists
Draft/Pending: Can be deleted
Approved/Synced: Can be archived (not deleted)
Comparison
Pro and Enterprise plans can compare:
- Price changes between pricelists
- Different suppliers for same products
- Historical pricing trends
